We accept AI, PSD, PDF, EPS and high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI). If you don't have design files, our in-house design team can help create your design for free.

Yes, we offer full sublimation printing, embroidery and heat transfer. Custom names, numbers, sponsor logos and team crests are all available.

Sublimation prints directly into the fabric (no fading, unlimited colors, full coverage). Screen printing works best for simple designs with 1-3 colors. We recommend sublimation for sports jerseys.

Sample time: 5-7 working days. Bulk production: 15-25 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity and design complexity.

We have a 3QC system: fabric inspection before cutting, in-line inspection during production, and final inspection before shipment. All products pass AQL 2.5 standard.

We use 100% polyester interlock, mesh, and 4-way stretch fabrics for sportswear. For socks: cotton blend, merino wool blend. Fabric weight ranges from 140g to 220g depending on the product.
